Jackie Polite left her earthly home on May 28, 2020 at Agrace Hospice in Madison. 

Gravesite Services were held on Thursday June 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Michael’s Yellowstone Church Cemetery, 7979 Co. Rd. F, Blanchardville, WI 53544. Celebration of Life will be held at a later time.
