Earl Johnson, age 74, died at home in Marquette, Michigan on Easter Sunday, April 5, 2015 after a brief battle with cancer.

Jim was born in Owatonna, Minnesota on February 5, 1941.

Family and friends may call at Messiah Lutheran Church on Friday, April 10, from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 3 p.m. Pastor David Van Kley, will preside. A reception will follow in Magnuson Hall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Messiah Lutheran Church, 305 W. Magnetic Street, Marquette, MI 49855.

The Swanson-Ludquist Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
