James Keith “Jim” Kramer, 80, of Fennimore, Wisconsin, passed away on Sept. 13, 2023, at the Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing in Fennimore.

A funeral service was held at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, with burial in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore with Military Honors.
