James “Jim” Whitish, 81, of Fennimore, passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, Dec. 12, 2022, at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster with his beloved wife Laurie by his side.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore, with burial to follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Cemetery in Fennimore Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church Hall and from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday morning.
