DUBUQUE, IOWA—Jane E. Osterhaus, 72, of 12893 Sterling Oaks Court, passed away at home on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012 surrounded by her family. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13 at the Church of The Resurrection. Burial was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Bloomington. The Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Westview Funeral Home and Cremation Services were in charge of arrangements. A Jane E.
