Janice A. Phillips, 70, Richland Center, died on Friday, March 6, 2015 at the Pine Valley Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Richland Center.

She was born on April 19, 1944 in Belgium, the daughter of Jac and Margaret (Lesch) Watry. She was married on December 27, 1962 to Donald Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kenneth Phillips; two sisters; and five brothers.

As per Janice’s request there will be no funeral service.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held at the Willow Valley Methodist Church, Ithaca, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Anyone and everyone who knew her is welcome to attend.
