Jerome D. Rider, 84, Cuba City, died at home on Sunday, September 25, 2016. 

Services were held Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City.  Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with military honors accorded.
