POTOSI—Jerry A. Ames, age 76, of Potosi, died Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque. 

Services were 11 a.m. Monday, April 4, at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Tennyson with Rev. Richard Leffler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Cuba City was in charge of arrangements. A Jerry A. Ames Memorial Fund has been established.
