Jim J. Foecking, Sr., age 69 of Darlington, died on Friday, March 27, 2015 at his son’s home with his family by his side.  He was born on Feb. 27, 1946 in Dubuque, Iowa to Edwin and Jeanne (Moschel) Foecking and grew up in Galena, Ill. 

Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 104 E. Harriet Street, Darlington, with Fr. John Bosco Pudhota officiating.  Burial  followed at Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.  Visitation was from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Steil Camacho Funeral Home, 206 E.
