Jim H. “Moose” Winkers, 83, of Onalaska and formerly of Fennimore, died on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017 at his residence in Onalaska.

    A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, 2017, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church. Burial of the cremated remains will be held at a later date. Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday. In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Jim H. Winkers.
