On Thursday, September 25, 2015 Joan Emile (Helgerson) Nederlo, 77, of Seneca, died peacefully at Gundersen Health System after a brief battle with cancer. Funeral services for Joan were held at the Mt. Sterling Lutheran Church on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015 at 11 a.m. Pastor Nile Sandeen officiated with burial in the church cemetery. Visitiation was held at the Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday one hour prior to the services.
