John Duane Collins, 67, Waunakee, died on Monday morning, Oct. 24, 2011 at the Meriter Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27 at the St. John’s Catholic Church in Waunakee. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 28 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore, where visitation will also be held from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church Cemetery in Mt. Hope Township, with Military Honors.
