John J. “Junior”  Delkamp, Jr., 86, Highland, passed away on Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at Bloomfield Nursing and Rehab. The funeral service will be held held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the First Presbyterian Church in Highland. Pastor Ramona Orton will officiate.
