John P. Salzmann, 89, Platteville, formerly from Dickeyville, died Sunday, Oct. 29 at Southwest Health in Platteville.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Dickeyville, with Rev. Bernard Rott officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3–7 p.m. on Wednesday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be at 2:45 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9:15–10:15 a.m. on Thursday at the church before the service.
