BLOOMINGTON—Joseph A. Wegmann, 92, of Bloomington, passed away on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, in his home.

A funeral mass was held on Tuesday Dec. 2, at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Fr. John Meinholz officiating. Burial was at Union Lumpkin Cemetery The Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory  in Dubuque is assisting the family.
