Joyce Elizabeth (Clayton) Mester, 93, of Belmont, passed away peacefully on Jan. 10 at Southwest Health Hospital.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 16 at Peace Lutheran Church in Belmont. Rev. Gus Barnes officiated. Burial was at the Belmont Cemetery in Belmont. Visitation was on Sunday, Jan. 15 from 2–5 p.m. at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville and continued from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the church.
