Joyce Teresa (Elskamp) Koelker passed on August 19, 2023 at Orchard Manor in Lancaster. Joyce was born at home during a blizzard out on Dutch Hollow Road, Potosi, Wisconsin on November 10, 1930. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 25, 2023 at River Valley Communtiy Church, 1035 Jack Rd., Cassville, WI 53806. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be at the Cassville Cemetery. The Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, is serving the family.
