Joycelyn Lorraine (Parker) Waggoner, 87, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2018, at Silverado Memory Care in Cedar Park, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at Pratt Memorial Chapel, 120 N Park St, Richland Center, on Saturday, February 2, at 11:00 a.m., with a luncheon to follow. Gifts in celebration of Joycelyn’s life can be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or The Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N.
