Julia M. Anderson, 91 of Argyle, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at New Glarus Home in New Glarus. She was born Nov. 6, 1920, in the town of Lamont in Lafayette County, the daughter of Fred and Goldie (Olson) Duerst. Funeral services were held Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Apple Grove Lutheran Church, 14501 Apple Grove Church Road in rural Argyle, with Rev. Daniel L. Bohlman officiating. Burial was in Apple Grove Cemetery in rural Argyle. Full obituary in the February 16, 2012 issue of the Republican Journal.
