Kathleen A. “Kathy” (Klein)  Topp, 68, Madison, died on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at University Hospital in Madison.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville.  Rev. Mike Short will officiate.
