dubuque, iowa—Kenneth J. Garner, age 60, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at home.

Visitation will be held on Saturday March 23, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Cassville. Funeral Mass will immediately follow at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. John Meinholz officiating. Private family burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Southwest Technical College or to the Kenneth J. Garner Memorial Fund.
