Kenneth Ralph Lewis, 65,  Lancaster, formerly of Fennimore, died on Monday, June 26, 2017 at UW-Hospital in Madison.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 30, 2017 at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore with burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. on Thursday evening June 29, 2017 at Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday morning.

In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Kenneth R. Lewis.
