Kent Thomas Foley, 31, of Rochester, Minn., passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester from complications due to DuChenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Funeral services were held at noon on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church with Fr. Joe Fogal officiating. Visitation was held two hours prior to the service at the church.

The Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
