Kevin H. Forseth, 60, formerly of Platteville, died in July 2022 in Savannah, Ga.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 10 at the East Side Cemetery in Dodgeville. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Kevin H. Forseth Memorial Fund.
