Lavern K. Konichek, 67, of Muscoda and formerly of Richland Center, passed away on April 16, 2021, at UW Hospital in Madison. 

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, at Evergreen Cemetery in Prairie du Chien. Memorials made to the family in Lavern’s name may be sent to Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service, 120 N. Park St., Richland Center, WI 53581, The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
