Lawrence J. Becwar, age 91 of Ferryville passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua, WI. He was born April 1, 1929 in Eastman, WI, the son of Henry and Susan (Zinkle) Becwar. He married Jeanette Caya on October 18, 1947 at St. Wenceslaus Church in Eastman. Together they farmed in the Eastman and Mt. Sterling area. She preceded him in death in 2011.

A private family service will be held graveside at Dickson Ridge Cemetery in Lynxville, WI with Reverend Zacharie Beya officiating. The Garrity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien is assisting the family.www.garrityfuneralhome.com
