Levern M. Skjegstad, 83, of Platteville, died on Tuesday, July 24 at Manor Care Health Center in Platteville. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 29 at the Lutheran Church of Peace in Platteville. Rev. Jeff Pedersen officiated.  Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville. Friends called from noon until the time of the service on Sunday at the church. Memorials may be made to the Levern M. Skjegstad Memorial Fund.
