Lloyd B. Houtakker, 80, of Cuba City, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on Sunday May 8, 2016.

Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 13, at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Belmont.  Father Jim Leeser will officiate.  Burial will be at St. Peter Cemetery, Elk Grove Twp.  Friends may call from 3 – 8 p.m. Thursday, May 12, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville, where there will be a rosary at 2:45 p.m., friends may call from 9 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
