Lula Belle R. Dalton, 81, of Prairie du Chien and formerly of Seneca passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at the Crossing Rivers Hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services were held graveside on Thuraday, October 20, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Gays Mills Cemetery. The Garity Funeral Home of Prairie du Chien assisted the famly with arrangements.
