Mark E. Mulvehill, 72, of Dubuque, Iowa formerly of rural Hazel Green, died Thursday, Feb. 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in  Kieler. Rev. Bernard Rott officiated.  Burial will be in the church cemetery, where military honors will be accorded by members of American Legion Post #787 of East Dubuque and American Legion Post #6 of Dubuque, Iowa. Friends called from 4 – 7 p.m. on Monday at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque, Ill. and after 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the Immaculate Conception Parish Center in Kieler.
