ST. PAUL., MINN.—Marvin E. Chance, age 83, of St. Paul, Minn., passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. He was born on May 14, 1929.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 15, followed by a memorial service at Anderson Funeral Home, 1401 Arcade St. (Hwy. 61), St. Paul, Minn. Internment will be at Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred to HealthEast Hospice.
