Marvin lived in Shullsburg all of his life.  In his younger years, he farmed and operated a grain business. Later in life he was a truck driver, which was a passion for him. He owned and operated Russell Trucking for a number of years.  Later he was an owner/operator for Menards.  This brought many new friends and great trucking stories.  Marv was very proud that he was born and raised, and always remained, to be from Shullsburg. Family and friends were everything. So as they say, “Keep on Trucking” and always “Remember Your Roots.” Marv’s family will always remember him for his love of simple life.
