LANCASTER—Mary Joan “Toots” Winchell, age 74, of Lancaster, formerly of Dubuque, passed away at 3 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013 at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

Visitation will be from 10  to 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 at Holy Spirit Parish - Holy Ghost Church, with funeral services at 11 a.m. Internment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
