Baby Matthew Xavier Searles, five month old son of Kimberley Brown and Charles Searles of Shullsburg, passed away peacefully in Mommy’s and Daddy’s arms on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015 at U.W. Children’s Hospital in Madison. He was born on Aug. 21, 2014 at Meriter Hospital in Madison and later developed pulmonary stenosis.

Memorial services were held Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 226 West Church Street, Shullsburg 53586, with Rev. Jeffrey A. Meyer officiating. A visitation was held Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015 from 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. at O’Flahrity-Erickson Funeral Home, 235 N. Judgement, Shullsburg. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Baby Matthew’s name.
