Michael P. Smith, 66, Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, surrounded by his family at the Good Samaritan Society-Fennimore.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, Aug. 31 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Lancaster with Pastor Barbara Cook officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster. Family and friends may call on Thursday, Aug. 30 from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Lancaster United Methodist Church where a 3:45 p.m. Masonic Service will be held. Visitation will also be on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Martin Funeral Home in Lancaster is assisting the family. In lieu of plants and flowers, a Michael P.
