GLEN HAVEN—Monroe C. Gardner, age 81, of Glen Haven passed away peacefully at his home, on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 11:30 a.m. at the Martin Funeral Home in Bloomington with Rev. Mary Ann Floerke officiating.  Burial with military honors was held in Dodge Cemetery, Beetown Township. A Monroe C. Gardner memorial fund has been established.
