Orville “Junior” G. Pickel, 60, of Platteville, passed away Monday, Oct. 2.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9 at Immaculate Conception Church in Kieler. Rev. Bernard Rott officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Visitation was from 2–6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8 at Casey-McNett Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City. There was a parish rosary at 1:40 p.m. Visitation continued from 9–10:15 a.m. on Monday at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, an Orville G. “Junior” Pickel Memorial Fund has been established. Memorials may be sent to the funeral home at 123 N. Jackson St., Cuba City, WI 53807.
