Patrick C. “Pat” Shemak Jr., 57, Castle Rock Twsp., Grant Co., died on Tuesday evening, January 6, 2015 at U.W. Hospital in Madison.

He was born on Aug. 5, 1957 in Dodgeville, the son of Patrick Sr. and Mary (Zwolanek) Shemak. He married Connie Kreul on Sept. 29, 1979 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Highland.  

Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Castle Rock Twsp., Grant Co., with burial following in the church cemetery.

The Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort assisted the family.
