Priscilla Rose Hoffman, 8 weeks, Montfort, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, July 26, 2013 at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison after complications from being born with Gastroschisis. The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort with burial in the church cemetery in Montfort. Father Dave Flanagan officiated. The Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort assisted the family. A memorial fund is being established at the Livingston State Bank, P.O.
