Ranger Ron (Ronald Ray) Hayden, rural Star Valley, completed his earthly journey on Tuesday, February 1, 2022.

A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Utica Lutheran Church.
Visitation was from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, February 4, at Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. Additional visitation was held Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Ron was laid to rest at the Gays Mills Cemetery. Military rites were provided by McCormick Rose Post 308 of Gays Mills and William Schoville Post 220, American Legion.
