Ronald Charles Sobek Sr., age 80, of Boscobel, joined his Savior in his eternal home February 11, 2022. After a long struggle with a number of health issues, Papa Bear, as friends and family knew him, is able to rest in peace.

A celebration of life is planned for April 10, 2022, at the Boscobel Assembly of God Church, with visitation at 1 pm and service at 2 pm with a luncheon following at the church fellowship hall.
A private burial will be held at a later date at the Blue River Cemetery.
