Rose Ann Sweeney Williams Shell passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Lancaster United Methodist Church in Lancaster with Pastor Pamela Strakeljahn officiating.
