LANCASTER—Russell Lowell “Russ” Govier, age 92, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Aug. 31, at 10 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory, 1234 S. Madison Street, Lancaster with retired Pastor Dennis Govier officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Little Grant Cemetery, Little Grant Township. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
