LANCASTER—Ruth Ann Bailey Terwilliger, age 98, passed into eternal peace on Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, joining her husband, Emmett Sr., son, Charles, and granddaughter, Lexy. 

A celebration of Ruth Ann’s life was on Wednesday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. at the Lancaster Congregational Church with Rev. Mark Dieter officiating. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.  Memorials may be given in Ruth Ann’s name to the Schreiner Memorial Library Foundation, 113 W.
