Ruth Black Fowell, 101, died peacefully on Thursday, October 6, 2016, surrounded by loving staff at Pine Valley Community Village.   

A private family gathering will take place at the graveside and at a later date a memorial service at Pratt Memorial Chapel. Memorial gifts may be given to a charity of your choice. Pratt Funeral and Cremation service is assisting the family with arrangements.
