Steven L. "Gilly" Gillilan, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison.In honor of Gilly's wishes, there will be no formal services. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.
