Sylvia Jean Blackburn passed away on January 3, 2025, after a brief illness in Indiana. 

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel. Burial will be held in the Richland Center Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 10:00 until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
