Theresa Maureen Frawley Deckert, age 64, of Janesville formerly of Richland County, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2015, at Agrace Hospice Care in Janesville surrounded by her family.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 9, at 1:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel, 120 N. Park St., Richland Center. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, where military graveside rites will be provided by the local Military Memorial Honors Unit. Friends may call at Pratt Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 9, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m.
