Thomas B. Ludlum, 68, of rural Belmont died on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, at his home.

Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at St. Philomena Catholic Church, Belmont.  Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Belmont.  Friends may call from 5 -7 p.m. Thursday at the church or from 9:30 until 10:15 a.m. at the church on Friday.  Arrangements are pending at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville.
