Thomas G. “Tom” Machotka, 75, of rural Fennimore, passed away on Monday, July  23, 2018.

    The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Assembly of God Church in Boscobel. Pastor Ryan Langner will officiate. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery, rural Fennimore. Friends may call on Friday, July 27, 2018, from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the Assembly of God Church in Boscobel.
